Layout: The building is configured with a central core layout with two wing sections. The central core is serviced with two elevators and two stairwells; each wing is serviced with an elevator and stairwell. Fire Rating: B.O.C.A rating of 2 – the entire steel frame has been treated with fire retardant material; stairways and elevator shafts have 2-hour fire ratings; fire hose stations located on each floor.
Security: 24-hour, programmable access system
Elevators: Four (4) Dover passenger elevators, each having 3,500-pound capacity and traveling at 150 feet per minute. Two are located in the main core and one is located at the end of each wing. Cab interiors consist of formica and stainless steel sides, carpeted floors and brushed aluminum doors.
